It's great to be able to buy small quantities of timber accurately dimensioned. I'm a joiner, but currently don't have access to a workshop, so being able to get hold of a few pieces of Accoya for a sash window repair was really useful. There was a small problem with one of the pieces being slightly the wrong size, but this was explained (human error) and sorted out quickly, which gives me even more faith in Timbercut4U and I would definitely use them again. Recommended. And if you want timber that will last pretty much for ever for window repairs, then have a look at Accoya!
