Deeply unimpressed by Timberland's customer service. If you bought two items, and both developed the same fault, you know there is an unlying issue.After 2 years with some Timberland waterproof boots, they both leaked, literally from walking thru wet grass.I contacted Timberland UK through Email, Livechat and Phone. Neither were interested. All only in their warranty period. No one saying to send them back in some pre-paid box to examine. None offering anything significant.All say, in short, they won't help. Too bad. Throw them in landfill and spend a further £120 with them.No. These will be handed back to a store at some point in the future. And I will no longer be a customer of Timberland. I've long supported them, to the point of "I've got my Timbers on today".No more. They've let me down just when I really needed them. I shoudl have never put my trust them.It shows how bad their support is, when this Timberand uK reviews page is "unclaimed" as well.I hope they see this. And other take heed - their quality is NOT like it was. literally 2.5 years of non-extreme use. Just in snow, or wet grass, kept clean with sponge and water. And they leak.Be warned.
