I placed an order for a pair of sneakers, but it was blocked by the delivery service due to an incorrect address provided by the company. I had to reach out to the delivery service to get more information. After a struggle, I managed to contact the customer support team, and they informed me that I would need to wait for a refund. Since I paid for sneakers that I never received, I will be contacting my bank to recover my funds. I do not recommend this company; they are not reliable!
I ordered boots that were sent through Yodel. I never received the boots, they didnt knock on my door. They reckon they delivered to a neighbour, who wasnt home. I was in so I knocked within 2 mins of receiving a text to say they were delivered. Phoned yodel straight away who told me to contact Timberland. I then got an email one day later, sating they had investigated and wasn't giving me a refund. They didnt investigate. Didnt ask my neighbour and accused me of lying. Never again!!!
I would not recommend shopping here. 2 months later, I am still waiting for my refund. Contacting Customer Services is a nightmare. Their responses seems AI generated, seems like they get so many complaints, they follow the same strategy. Trying to speak to someone higher than Customer Services is not possible, as the CS guy will say it's not possible. Basically they will say nothing is possible, and then close the chat without even talking to you. If you try again, they will close the chat again without talking to you. Absolute nightmare. I will have to go through bank dispute in the end. Stay away from this place if you like to keep your sanity.
This company have the worst customer services on the planet, just check other reviews. My order was supposed to be delivered today (2-4 business day) but as of today they still havent shipped it !!! When contacting them. I spoke to Jared and Jack. Both extremely rude and unhelpful and lying. First they lied they dont see chat history, but then they copy paste what Ive said on ptevious chat. Then Jack lies he cannot raise complaint, where previous agents were able. Then he lies to do it on website, and their website have no option to raise complaint. I told them they failed to deliver on time, and Il going abroad in 2 days. Their response "sorry, we will ship your orxer ASAP. I AM GOING ABROAD I WONT BE IN COUNTRY . THEY DONT CARE !!!AVOID AVOID AVOID
This company is bunch of thieves !!!! They are late with deliveries all the time, and do not want to take any responsibility. I literally told the guy I am going abroad, and when I was making my order few days ago, delivery was showing between 2-4 business days. After 4 days parcel is not even shipped, and their response is: "Sorry for delays. We cannot cancel and parcel is not shipped yet". Seriously, if you want to avoid serious trauma, avoid TIMBERLAND AT ALL COST. Their Customer Services are Kingdom of Gaslighting customers. Asking for manager they first promised call back after 48 hours which never happened, then they claim I need to wait a week to speak to someone. That on the back that they are late, and I am going abroad, so won't be here for next 2 months. Absolute joke this company !!!!

Deeply unimpressed by Timberland's customer service. If you bought two items, and both developed the same fault, you know there is an unlying issue.After 2 years with some Timberland waterproof boots, they both leaked, literally from walking thru wet grass.I contacted Timberland UK through Email, Livechat and Phone. Neither were interested. All only in their warranty period. No one saying to send them back in some pre-paid box to examine. None offering anything significant.All say, in short, they won't help. Too bad. Throw them in landfill and spend a further £120 with them.No. These will be handed back to a store at some point in the future. And I will no longer be a customer of Timberland. I've long supported them, to the point of "I've got my Timbers on today".No more. They've let me down just when I really needed them. I shoudl have never put my trust them.It shows how bad their support is, when this Timberand uK reviews page is "unclaimed" as well.I hope they see this. And other take heed - their quality is NOT like it was. literally 2.5 years of non-extreme use. Just in snow, or wet grass, kept clean with sponge and water. And they leak.Be warned.
Extremely disappointed! Never shop again.I ordered a pair of boots for my kid. I paid for the delivery cost! And actually never received them. The photo from carrier company clearly shows the box was left outside not handed to me not delivered a safe place Timberland does not accept any liability. Despite sharing all this evidence and consumer rights, they refuse to issue refunds. For brand like Timberland I expected better responsibility! No shoes and no support! Seriously. I demand to see how they support their claim of safe place and they do not respond to my mail. Never shop again! Never!
