I bought 2 pair of Timberland boots last month and I had to return them straight away, firstly because they were bigger than expected and the quality wasn't like the old Timberland I had some years ago. I have send 3 emails, no one answers the customer service line and there is no refund [£175] of my money. If that is the best customer service that Timberland can offer then I did well that I bought boots from a different brand. If anyone from Timberland customer service really reads the reviews can you tell me when I will have a refund? Thank you.
