Ordered boots on the 12th, and shipping said it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. It’s now been 5 business days and the order is still processing on the website. I sent an email which they said they would be respond to within 2 working days, which has now been and gone. I tried to call and the automated line service said all the lines were busy and hung up on me.I’ve paid £170 for shoes I don’t have yet.Update wed 20/12/2023: I tried calling again and now the automated message just says that they are closed (although on the website phone lines are closed from the 25th) and that they are open Monday-Friday. I also tried live chat again multiple times and could not get hold of a real person. Amazing!
