Terrible support experience! I ordered on December 10 for a Christmas gift, and it was listed as having five in stock for quick delivery. It’s now January 3, and my order hasn’t arrived. I’ve been emailing since December 16, but responses take about three days, leading to weeks of frustrating back-and-forth. The last update said it would ship on December 29 or 30, and I was promised tracking info, but now I get no replies. I do not recommend this service.
