Very disappointing customer support! I ordered on December 10 for a Christmas gift, and it was claimed that five items were available for quick delivery. Now it’s January 3, and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve been trying to reach them since December 16, but responses take about three days, leading to a frustrating experience. The last update said it would ship on December 29 or 30, with tracking promised, but I have received no replies to my recent emails. I cannot recommend this service.

Avoid this service at all costs! They continually lied about shipping, even creating a fake shipping label to give the impression that my order was sent, but it never was. I have filed complaints with the shipping service, consumer protection agencies, and my credit card company.
Terrible experience with this service. The shelf I ordered was said to be in stock, but after several emails about shipping dates, they stopped communicating. After a month, I requested a cancellation and refund, but received no response, so I’m reporting it through my credit card company.
I ordered a 36" concealment shelf in black two weeks ago. It arrived in just three days, but was unfortunately damaged. I contacted the support team about the issue and received a reply within 24 hours. They requested pictures of the damage, which I provided. Within another 24 hours, they sincerely apologized and offered a replacement or refund. I received a perfect replacement in just three days. This is a great service that truly cares about its customers.
