Very disappointing customer support!

Very disappointing customer support! I ordered on December 10 for a Christmas gift, and it was claimed that five items were available for quick delivery. Now it’s January 3, and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve been trying to reach them since December 16, but responses take about three days, leading to a frustrating experience. The last update said it would ship on December 29 or 30, with tracking promised, but I have received no replies to my recent emails. I cannot recommend this service.

Terrible support experience

Terrible support experience! I ordered on December 10 for a Christmas gift, and it was listed as having five in stock for quick delivery. It’s now January 3, and my order hasn’t arrived. The last update said it would ship on December 29 or 30, and I was promised tracking info, but now I get no replies. I do not recommend this service.

Avoid this service at all costs

Avoid this service at all costs! They continually lied about shipping, even creating a fake shipping label to give the impression that my order was sent, but it never was. I have filed complaints with the shipping service, consumer protection agencies, and my credit card company.

This service is awful. Their customer support is nonexistent. They will take your money without delivering your item. Do not do business with this service; just check the reviews online, and you will understand why.

Terrible experience with this service

Terrible experience with this service. The shelf I ordered was said to be in stock, but after several emails about shipping dates, they stopped communicating. After a month, I requested a cancellation and refund, but received no response, so I’m reporting it through my credit card company.

Fast delivery and great customer care

I ordered a 36" concealment shelf in black two weeks ago. It arrived in just three days, but was unfortunately damaged. I contacted the support team about the issue and received a reply within 24 hours. They requested pictures of the damage, which I provided. Within another 24 hours, they sincerely apologized and offered a replacement or refund. I received a perfect replacement in just three days. This is a great service that truly cares about its customers.

Unresponsive support team

The support team is unresponsive to calls, emails, and texts. I purchased an item a month ago, but the lock mechanism is unresponsive, even after following troubleshooting tips online. I would return this immediately if I thought I would ever get a response! Avoid this service.

Disappointed with warranty and support

They stated their warranty only covers 7 days post-delivery—a surprisingly short timeframe for a premium product. Despite the issue being related to quality, they showed no willingness to offer a replacement or compensation. Their response felt more like a technicality than genuine customer care. Given the price, I expected better quality control and support. I won’t be purchasing from this service again and advise others to be cautious of the limited warranty and lack of accountability.
