Very disappointing customer support! I ordered on December 10 for a Christmas gift, and it was claimed that five items were available for quick delivery. Now it’s January 3, and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve been trying to reach them since December 16, but responses take about three days, leading to a frustrating experience. The last update said it would ship on December 29 or 30, with tracking promised, but I have received no replies to my recent emails. I cannot recommend this service.
