I ordered earbuds, but the box arrived completely empty. I reached out to customer support, provided photos, and followed up multiple times — but received no response. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back. This experience was extremely disappointing and the customer service was very lacking. I do not recommend buying from them.
