I bought two devices, and both had such poor translation quality that it created safety concerns due to incorrect dialogue. My primary language is Vietnamese, and their performance was unacceptable. I am returning both for a refund. Additionally, one device arrived with missing parts, indicating it may have been returned before, which left me feeling very disheartened.

Warning! Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs! They will take your money without sending the product. Customer service is unhelpful and misleading regarding resolutions. I am now working with my bank to recover my funds and have initiated a complaint with the relevant authorities. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
