I ordered a set of translator earbuds a week ago for an upcoming trip, expecting UK delivery in 3–5 days as stated on their website. A week later, my order hasn’t even shipped from Hong Kong. When I inquired, the responses were vague and felt automated. I learned that the 3–5 day delivery only applies if express delivery is selected, which wasn’t an option at the time of ordering. I was also overcharged compared to the advertised price. Their solution was to suggest I order another set for express delivery. What a hassle!
