I ordered two skirts, and when they arrived, one was the wrong color. I contacted the company right away but received no reply. I tried again through their contact form and was told they would investigate and get back to me the next day. It's been a week with no updates. I sent another follow-up but got no response to that either. Very disappointed with the service, especially since their products seem nice.
