I ordered a dress that wasn't sent even after several days. I contacted customer service to cancel the order, and they claimed it had been dispatched, but I received no notification. They assured me they would cancel and refund me the same day, but two days later, I still hadn’t received any refund. When I followed up, they said the refund couldn't be processed due to a supposed credit card chargeback, which I never initiated! It’s been almost a month, and I have neither the dress nor a refund. Very strange experience; I recommend being cautious when ordering here and consider paying with a credit card for protection.
