I deeply regret not reviewing feedback before making a purchase on this site. The products do not match what is displayed. I tried to contact the support team via email, but from other reviews, I doubt I will get a reply. They are clearly misleading. Stay away from them at all costs. If I could, I would give this zero stars.

My experience reflects what I've seen in other reviews. I ordered embroidered tops/dresses, but what arrived was unfit for donation. They were cheap and poorly printed, lacking any embellishments. I'm currently trying to get a refund. It's frustrating that they continue to operate like this. As a pensioner, I paid a lot for what turned out to be garbage. How are they allowed to do this?
I had a similar experience ordering beautifully embellished tops with roses, pearls, and lace. What I received was poorly printed on cheap fabric. Their site claims a hassle-free return policy, but I've been fighting with them for weeks. They asked for photos to evaluate, but then denied receiving them. I alerted my credit provider with all correspondence. They even offered me a discount on another item, which I refused because their products are subpar. I would never donate these items; they are too embarrassing. It seems like no site offers the real products, and they don't allow reviews, leaving customers in the dark. An unscrupulous seller indeed.
Avoid this seller. The advertised product is not what you receive. I ordered trousers that were described as 100% cotton, but they contained no cotton at all. They were cheap and poorly made. I requested a refund under their policy, but after five emails, I still haven't received it, and now they are ignoring my messages.
This is a terrible service to buy from as we never received our order and they refuse to refund my money, just brushing me off. They show no interest once they have your payment. You simply do not get your order, and their communication is very rude. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!
