I placed my order on November 28, 2025, and as of December 11, it still shows as unfulfilled in my online account. I sent two follow-up emails, but the customer service representative repeatedly promised a response that never came. Eventually, I requested a refund and cancellation of my order, but they ignored my request. I'm very upset and disappointed. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service; they are not trustworthy!
