It has been more than 17 days since ordered. Contacted Timephoria support team and they were absolutely useless. Refuse to help and keep telling me to wait!! Worst customer service ever!
Ordered 2 colours from the nude range. Both have red tones nothing nude here. SCAM SCAM Scam Arrived weeks later. Typical!! Not happy at all. Total waste of my money.
I requested return label for refund as their colours do not match the website. 8 gave them my order number and they continue asked for proof of purchase? Seriously? I gave you my order number!!!
After several emails they refused stated colours are exact. NO THE COLOURS DO NOT MATCH. SCAM AND I WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS. I'll lodge an I veatogation I to an Asia Scammer. This is fraud and robbing people of their money. Total scam!!!
Avoid this service at all costs!!! Like many others, I was misled by several influencers endorsing this brand. Although the item supposedly reached the UK, it was lost by the courier. My attempts to reach out to their customer support have been entirely unproductive. I've received email replies, but they have been the same generic message for almost a month (first contact on January 4th, last contact four days ago), stating they are looking into my order and will update me soon, despite my previous emails showing clear evidence that the parcel is lost! I have now filed a dispute with my bank in hopes of recovering my money, but please do not fall prey to this deceptive brand!
This is a fraudulent operation, no doubt about it. There has been no update on my order status, and the provided tracking number is nonexistent. They send a deceptive tracking link indicating delivery. When I inquired about the local courier and tracking details, there was no response. Clearly a scam!
I came across a review of a lipstain on social media from a well-known influencer. I placed an order online on December 8th.
