Avoid this service at all costs!!! Like many others, I was misled by several influencers endorsing this brand. Although the item supposedly reached the UK, it was lost by the courier. My attempts to reach out to their customer support have been entirely unproductive. I've received email replies, but they have been the same generic message for almost a month (first contact on January 4th, last contact four days ago), stating they are looking into my order and will update me soon, despite my previous emails showing clear evidence that the parcel is lost! I have now filed a dispute with my bank in hopes of recovering my money, but please do not fall prey to this deceptive brand!
