This company is absolutely thief, I spoke with a women called Fatima to book for UMRA ticked on 13th of November, we agreed the price then she asked me to deposit £200 as it was evening time but I will pay the rest of the money in the morning, at about 10:00 am I called, no answer I texted her asking to send me the ticket details so I can pay the rest of the money but bo contact whatsoever, I tried many times but no answer, contacted the office in Tooting and spoke with their manager called AMIIR, he checked and confirmed that I paid but he said I have to wait 7 day, I called again and the staff as soon as recognise my voice they say we can’t hear you, several people called asking AMIIR they say he is busy call back , I am still waiting my money. THEY ARE LIERES, THEY CALL THEMSELVES MUSLIM BUT A MUSLIM PERSON DONT STEAL AND DONT LEI, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNFORTUNATELY I DIDNT READ THE REVIEW BECAUSE ONE OF MY FREIND RECOMMENDED ME WHICH IN THE END THEY BLAMED ON HER THAT MY MONEY SHE WANTED TO BOOK A TICKET FOR HER, WHICH IS LIE AGAIN, STAY AWAY
