My brother in law booked the package for his wife and me to go for umrah. We were updated whilst we were in Saudi Arabia all the time via Whatsapp. Hotel imn Mecca was good but just over 1km to the hara. There were shuttle buses to take us to the Haram. The hotel in Medinah was two minutes away by foot. I would definitely use their services again. THANK YOU Times travel.
BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS I want to warn everyone here: this company is nothing but a scam. The only reason I’m giving them five stars is because every time I’ve left a one-star review, it mysteriously disappears. Not just days later, but even years after I posted it. They are working overtime to wipe away any trace of the truth, replacing it with endless fake five-star reviews from people who don’t even exist.It’s shocking to watch how they manipulate their profile, scrubbing away real experiences and painting themselves as trustworthy when they are anything but. What makes it worse is that Trustpilot allows it. Their policies make it possible for this company to keep deleting criticism and hiding behind a wall of fabricated praise.The reality? They have scammed countless people. They can’t even verify their business properly because there’s nothing real to verify. And now, with stricter government checks on the horizon, they’re more desperate than ever—intensifying their efforts to silence anyone who speaks up.Sadly, there isn’t much legal protection for people who fall victim to this, but I hope at least this review stays up long enough to warn someone else. Do not be fooled by the fake five-star ratings. Do not trust them.Avoid at all costs. It’s a scam, and it hides behind a mask of fabricated credibility!
