I have booked twice with Timestravel now and after this recent experience in particular, I just had to leave a review. In all my years of travelling I honestly haven’t received such excellent service from a travel agency as I did with Timestravel. I had to change my departure date and Harris and Adam really went all out to help me. They were efficient and treated my request for date change with urgency and literally they got me on the next available flight. I’ve had dealings with agencies where they are difficult to get hold of, especially once you have purchases your ticket. But Harris responded to my messages even when he was on holiday!A real big sincere thank you to Timestravel cos without you guys I wouldn’t be sat at the airport right now.
