I never leave reviews but this company are a scam! After guaranteeing us a refund due to cancelling tickets same day we paid them, they have lied to us for two months , claiming their bank accounts are frozen, backtracking, changing stories every time we phone and being incredibly rude to us. They’ve also lied to us and pretended to be management when we rang when it was just call centre employees. They have made multiple lies and we are now taking this claim up with ATOL due to them holding our money hostage and pressuring us to pay the deposit through bank transfer (DODGY)
