An overall poor experience with Timex.Bought a watch online and it was dispatched with Evri. After several follow up emails and calls to Evri and Timex I was told the watch was misplaced/lost.A month later there is no watch and no refund, nor an outcome from their 'customer service ' . I had to raise a case with my payment method as I am not going anywhere with them.Ref; TUK142529
