The Service I received from a Customer Representative called Hemma was brilliant. Things went wrong because of the Couriers, NOT Timex, and Hemma stepped in and managed to handle the situation perfectly & professionally. I recommend Timex to everyone, purely because of the Service received from Hemma & to be fair, the Great Watches they make!
