I bought a Timex watch from a local shop and within a week the crown had fallen off. You might think that this would lead to a poor revew. Even the most expensive products can come with a fault it's the way that the company redresses them that marks them out. In this case the item was not expensive, indeed I bought it on a whim becuse it had been heavily discounted as a discontinued model. Timex contacted me, explained that the model was no longer availible and offered me a more expensive model as a replacement. What impressed me the most was not that they returned the replacement watch within a few days but that they had even adjusted the metal strap to the same size as the faulty watch! Little things like that make a big difference.
