I encourage anyone who has worked for this company to closely examine their payslips; you will see how they unjustly deduct a significant portion of your earnings through a made-up tax. I am preparing to take legal action with the labor inspectorate due to the unacceptable treatment my husband faced. They only notified him three days before his contract ended that it would not be renewed, and this was only after he insisted on clarification. When they paid his vacation and hours, he received only half of what he was owed. They provide the state-mandated 8% vacation pay, but this company exploits its workforce, using communication solely to pressure employees into long hours, with termination for those who refuse. It seems they have an arrangement with the authorities to disregard workers' rights.
