AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I went to have the clasp on my watch fixed and ended up with a defective replacement. I was denied a refund, despite being told they don't issue refunds (which is untrue). After some effort, I managed to get my money back for a faulty part. A self-proclaimed manager shouted at me and carelessly threw my watch on the desk, later damaging the bracelet while removing the faulty piece. The regional manager merely apologized and suggested I go for repairs elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT; the service is terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
