I called 3 different stores to find a plaque for a doggy coffin for my nans doggy me and my mum visited the chatham Asda branch and Liam was extremely helpful and caring with engraving a plaque the perfect size, amazing customer service thank you for being so helpful
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I went to have the clasp on my watch fixed and ended up with a defective replacement. I was denied a refund, despite being told they don't issue refunds (which is untrue). After some effort, I managed to get my money back for a faulty part. A self-proclaimed manager shouted at me and carelessly threw my watch on the desk, later damaging the bracelet while removing the faulty piece. The regional manager merely apologized and suggested I go for repairs elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT; the service is terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I was quoted £75 for a door key, while a nearby shop charged only £15. The service claims to support opportunities for everyone, including ex-offenders and marginalized groups, with over 12% of their staff having past convictions. It seems clear now why the pricing is so high!
I waited an hour for assistance at the store, which was supposed to be open. The lights were on, and I arrived on Saturday at 4 PM, but the sign indicated it would be open until 6 PM. It seems clear that they aren't interested in serving customers. Very frustrating! Avoid this place!
