I visited a shop for a shoe repair on 6th Nov 2025. The staff member assessed my shoes and provided a quote. After some discussion, I opted to pay upon collection, which I later changed to Sunday. Upon my arrival on Monday, I found the shop closed temporarily. When I finally was attended to, my shoes were declared beyond repair and I was not informed beforehand. The quality of service seemed lacking, and it was clear my shoes suffered due to poor workmanship. I would advise against this location.
