At the Edgbaston location, my £125 boots, which I had worn only a couple of times, were damaged during a heel repair. The customer service was slow and unhelpful regarding compensation for the damage caused. It took 2.5 weeks of follow-up to even discuss a refund for the repair. I would not recommend this place for shoe repairs.
