I have a classic wind up Omega watch that would not wind up, the watch is of huge sentimental to myself so was a bit worried about taking it to Timpsons to be repaired. I was quoted around £300 for the watch to be sent away which is a reasonable price, Matty the owner put me at ease and said that he would take a look at the watch before it was sent off to see if it could be repaired it in store, I am so glad that he did as it was only a loose screw inside the watch. Matty repaired it and only charged £15 for the repair. I cannot recommend the Timpson Sudbury store enough and especially Matty. Thank You.
