I love my Tineco S5 steam! This is an amazing floor cleaner that is easy to use and makes my floor shine! Their customer service is also amazing! Any time I had an issue, I called them or chatted them and they took care of the issue within a few minutes. If I needed a new part, they shipped it to me right away since my cleaner is under warranty.
Do NOT buy anything from this awful company. I purchased an almost $200 mop vacuum and it broke down before it was even a month old. Tineco does not offer replacement parts in their website and you have to contact customer support to get the parts. Well did that to find out they won’t have the parts for 3+months. They cannot provide replacement parts and have wasted so much of my time emailing back and forth. All they had to do was make it right and they couldn’t even come up with a way to do that other that give me free replacement parts in 3+months when they are available. What a joke of a company.
I purchased a Tineco Floor ONE S7 Steam for over $400. While still under the 2-year warranty, the battery stopped charging.
After sending the unit back for evaluation, I was informed that it needed a battery replacement, but that they were out of stock on batteries and awaiting their arrival. Almost immediately I was then told the batteries were in and that my unit would ship in a couple of days. My unit never shipped, so I followed up and was eventually informed that my unit could not be repaired and was offered $168 because there were no “refurbished replacements” available. The warranty does not state that partial refunds are the standard resolution. I declined. A slightly higher amount was offered. I declined again. I simply wanted what I purchased — a functioning unit under warranty.
After weeks of delay, I was finally offered a new S7 replacement. Beginning February 11, I was told multiple times that it was “processing for shipment” and would ship in “a few days.” No tracking number was ever provided.
After continued follow-ups, I was then informed that the S7 is now sold out and I was offered a different model (S7 Stretch) instead. I asked how long it would take to ship and made clear I would only accept the offer if it shipped this week. That question has gone unanswered.
After nearly 2 months of being dragged along, I am done with this company. Buy Dyson, I've heard amazing feedback about their warranty!
I purchased my 1st Tineco product less than a year ago which is the Steam Smart Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner. I absolutely love it! I contacted support concerning a crack in the dirty water tank. The customer service specialist was very nice and helpful. I uploaded a picture of the crack and supplied the warranty information and the new part was shipped the following day at no charge. I received the new dirty water tank within three days. The process was painless and quick! I highly recommend!
The Tineco Floor 1 i6 stretch (wet/dry) we bought works super well, it cleans our wood flooring with excellent suction, and the stretch feature allows us to clean under the couch, it also self cleans saving us the hassle of cleaning the brush ourselves. However It would be great if it had the same indicator screen as the S series.
Customer service is responsive from our interaction with them.

This is my 4 tineco. I swear I will not buy from them again. Warranty after warranty! Waiting and begging for a new machine . I finally get it and almost immediately it is faulty. Every 4 minutes it makes you change the dirty water tank even I f it has hardly anything in it ! I need new rollers but of course guess what? At least 3 or 4 weeks to get new rollers. I'm so over this ! Beware of this company ! 4 different machines! All faulty within a matter of weeks !
I had a fantastic experience reaching out to the company via email, and they promptly checked my warranty details. My warranty was just about to expire, and they quickly assisted me in getting a replacement part for my vacuum. I was anxious about receiving it before my newborn arrived, but it arrived right on time. Thank you to the company for supporting a loyal customer.
When the dust bin lid on my cordless vacuum broke, I visited the website to see if a replacement was available, but I couldn't find one. I opted to chat with the support team, and I'm so glad I did! The representative was extremely helpful and informed me that my vacuum was still under warranty. They promptly sent out a brand-new dust bin replacement without any hassle. About a week later, it arrived at my doorstep! The service was fast, easy, and truly exceeded my expectations. This company really stands by their products! Absolutely remarkable customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
When the vacuum is operational, it performs excellently. Unfortunately, it has malfunctioned more often than it has worked. I had to send it for repairs twice within the first three months, and my previous vacuum experienced similar problems.
What an incredible piece of machinery! Initially, I had my doubts about how this device could vacuum and wash my floors simultaneously, but I was truly impressed after using it. Following a hectic holiday celebration and dinner, I gave it a try for the first time. It was straightforward to assemble and remarkably easy to operate. The motor helps move the machine along, making it almost effortless to use, and I was surprised by how little water it actually consumes. I thought my floors were fairly clean, but the dirty water it extracted was astonishing! After returning it to its docking station, it automatically cleaned and dried the roller brush, which was quite impressive. I would highly recommend this device to anyone—it's truly an exceptional piece of equipment! This is the third vacuum of this brand I've owned, and I've loved every one of them!
