This is an unreliable company—neither serious, responsible, nor trustworthy. About 10 to 15 days ago, I made all the arrangements with them to send in my Tineco S6 so their supposedly “five-star” technicians could repair it. My vacuum had an issue where, when switched to cleaning mode, it would leak all the water and flood the base.
I shipped my unit in its original packaging, with all the original internal protective materials that guarantee full protection. Yesterday, after 11 days, I received it back—but in a different box, without the original internal protection, and only wrapped in bubble plastic.
When I took it out, to my surprise, it was in worse condition than when I sent it. The joint/neck that connects the machine to the clean water tank is now broken, so it doesn’t stay in place and just hangs loose all the time. Because of this, it’s impossible to even place the machine on its charging base.
Also, the clean water tank part does not match the one I originally sent, as it has a brown mark on the back that mine did not have.
In conclusion, I am a customer who is completely disappointed with this company. I will never recommend them to anyone, and with the review I plan to leave, I believe many people will think twice before buying their products.
What a shame. What a disappointment.
