I bought a vacuum 3 months ago, it has failed to work consistently and have and numerous parts replaced, all of which have failed to fix the product last item was to be sent out, but the agent forgot to send it and ( another 1 mth delay )
The service is unacceptable, with huge delays and a product that I have not been able to use from new for over 3 months.
When asked to speak to an " upper agent, " I am told to answer the email that they will send, and no email has ever been received!!! is written after 4 parts have been sent !!! latest call is today
