However, after providing my information, I discovered that my total charge was $19.63. Instead of receiving one box, I was supposed to get two, promised to arrive within 2-3 days. I later found out that a site I had never heard of was responsible for this transaction. When I attempted to call for assistance, I was met with a constant message stating that all representatives were busy. It’s disappointing that an online business wouldn’t have adequate support for customer inquiries. I am extremely dissatisfied and have no intention of returning to this website in the future.
