I am dissappointed that I did not subcribed to the tinkerfair website but they still deducting payments from my account that I don't know where they got it from.

I was offered a Roku tv for ten dollars. I paid ten dollars, and ended up with a membership with tinkerfair that I didn't want, and do not want. The ten dollars went to credits with tinkerfair that I didn't want either. I was told my membership has been cancelled. Now I've received an email showing I still have credits, and my next charge date is 2-11-2026. I want no affiliation with tinkerfair. When I asked again that my membership be deleted, they respond with a compensation offer. No. I want to delete all my information from tinkerfair.
I used my credit card for a $9.99 transaction, but was instead charged $41.40 for a membership I never requested. I immediately tried to cancel and reported this to my bank to dispute the amount. Later, I noticed a $9.99 charge and an additional $26.40 for which I have no explanation. I am disputing these amounts. It's frustrating that I'm not being informed about a refund for the membership, yet I have to leave a review about my very negative experience, as my card continues to be charged without my authorization.

I did not expect this situation. I attempted to buy yarn from a store and suddenly my card was charged for store credits. On a positive note, I received quick replies when I asked about canceling my account, so I hope that process goes smoothly and I receive my refund.
I encountered an advertisement on another site that offered a box of assorted items for just the cost of shipping, which was $9.95. However, after providing my information, I discovered that my total charge was $19.63. Instead of receiving one box, I was supposed to get two, promised to arrive within 2-3 days. I later found out that a site I had never heard of was responsible for this transaction. When I attempted to call for assistance, I was met with a constant message stating that all representatives were busy. It’s disappointing that an online business wouldn’t have adequate support for customer inquiries. I am extremely dissatisfied and have no intention of returning to this website in the future.
There needs to be more transparency about what customers are actually paying for. I came across a post stating that I could purchase that couch for 9.99, not a membership. Additionally, I don't agree with the automatic top-up to my account every two weeks, as I did not authorize that.
