It is a shame that zero stars are not an option or available! Hear my warnings do not trust or purchase from this company. My experience has been awful. I submitted all documents with my original claim requests, and they have asked for the same thing 2 more times. It is a stall tactic with no way to even have a phone conversation with any human in the claims department. All correspondence must be via email. LOL that is a joke. They should warn you of that fact upfront. I would have said no thanks. This company will not blink to take your money, but they will do everything in their power not to pay anything on a legit claim. One month into this process and I have not made any progress. I typically do not write reviews unless I have had and extremely good or extremely bad experience. But with this one I am shouting from the roof top - Please be warned.
