I have been very happy with Tiptrans up until now, and I’ve used the service without problems in the past.However, this time I have been trying to get help regarding a package issue, and after almost 3 weeks I still haven’t received any response from customer support. Waiting this long for a simple answer is unacceptable, especially when a shipment is involved.I really hope Tiptrans can contact me and resolve this quickly, because the service itself is good, but the lack of support is extremely frustrating.
