Logistics are handled very quickly - packages are scanned in and updated to your account profile very soon after delivery to warehouse, and upon arranging shipping options, packages are sent out to be forwarded very promptly. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the service provided and was able to have a package forwarded from hong kong to the Caribbean within 3 days. I did choose the express handling option which cost only $2 more, and was very much worth it. I have already recommended TipTrans to many people and spoke about the experience, as this company has removed any doubts I had about package safety and handling.

There are also paid options to open packages and verify items before forwarding, for repackaging, and also inclusion of additional documents that may be needed for customs clearance etc. which I can see as being very convenient.

And not to mention, there was no need for any calls or communication with anyone. All was managed through the platform which is very well designed.

Tiptrans will loose your packages!

Do not use tiptrans if you are transporting packages through it! Especially if you are using it for re-selling. I have tried 2 times using tiptrans. The first time they lost two of my packages, that was worth about 100€ and I could have re-sell them for over 300€ . Now I have tried a second time, 3 of my packages have arrived but 3 more is missing👍 FUN…. I have written tons of emails but I am never getting a clear answer, and it seems like they don’t even try to find them.

Customer support : no answer for weeks

I have been very happy with Tiptrans up until now, and I’ve used the service without problems in the past.However, this time I have been trying to get help regarding a package issue, and after almost 3 weeks I still haven’t received any response from customer support. Waiting this long for a simple answer is unacceptable, especially when a shipment is involved.I really hope Tiptrans can contact me and resolve this quickly, because the service itself is good, but the lack of support is extremely frustrating.
