Unfortunately, I did not receive the service I paid for. I booked a guided tour at the Louvre for two adults (myself and my mother) for €272.00. During the booking process, there was no option to flag the need for mobility aid.
Upon arrival, I was informed that we could not stay with the guide because the tour trajectory is not wheelchair-accessible. Despite the difficulty of getting from the meeting point to the entrance with my mother's limited mobility, we were forced to separate from the group. I ended up pushing her wheelchair through the museum alone.
I contacted support through your website and was assisted by a bot, which stated someone would follow up via email. It has been more than three days and I have received no contact. This was a very poor experience.
