Well this is my story about Tiqets!!
I booked a sailing with them to Robben Island in Capetown and the sailing was cancelled on the same day 28.2. I have been told numerous times that they are contacting the supplier in Capetown to ask for a refund but they do not have an answer!! I also paid over double for these tickets. In the meantime they provided the name of the supplier in Capetown and we tried calling whatsapping and visiting their office which does not even exist!! I would not recommend booking from Tiqets unless you want to get conned!
