I bought a last minute ticket from Tiqet. I downloaded the tickets straight away. Nowhere on the ticket I downloaded is it stated that this is NOT the actual ticket and I should go to another ticket office to fetch them. Result - could not see the colosseum and lost money. The only reason why I have given 2 stars is the lady was kind enough to to give us entry to the forum. But frankly, this whole experience has left a v bitter taste.
