NEVER, AND I WILL REPEAT, NEVER!!!!!!!! buy tickets from this company. I bought ticket for Quinta de Regaleira for a time slot 12:30 PM. And I received an e-mail message from message that I should visit Quinta on 12:30 PM. After that I received a message from Book N Tour with the tickets attached on it. The name of the file was something with 12:30PM. And guess what.... I did not noticed that the time slot on the tickets from Book N Tour was 10:30 AM (it was written on a picture).... And the security did not let me in. Second case with this wonderful company... I bought tickets for Jeronimo monastery and I received message with pdf document from this "company"... And a link that should give me an access for the tickets.... That links led me to a center of the Empire Square Garden at Lisbon... And now I am a little bit confused.... Should I look for the tickets under a stone?
