However, my experience with Swatch Group Turkey has been a total disaster.My watch has been in their authorized service center for over 20 business days, which exceeds the legal repair limit under Turkish Consumer Law (No. 6502). Despite this, Tissot Global refuses to intervene for a replacement or refund, simply redirecting me to the local distributor who ignores my legal rights.If you are a traveler or someone who values after-sales support, think twice. Tissot fails to stand behind its global promises when things go wrong locally. I have officially started legal action through the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Extremely disappointed."
