Very disappointing reaction from Tissot Customer service.Having bought a £1000+ watch T Touch Solar,I found the main strap far too stiff and uncomfortable to wear.A second strap was included which was bright yellow and was very comfortable but for informal use only.I requested a replacement for the main strap,only to be told my Tissot that this would not happen.There was no empathy or understanding or any attempt by Tissot to solve the problem.Just a big NO.This isnt the treatment expected from a major player.So disappointed
