I bought a Tissot watch over a year ago. I never took out any insurance.I then made a serious and foolish mistake causing accidental damage. I took it to the retailer I purchased it from and they sent it away for repair.I got a phone call from the retailer to say the watch will be repaired free of charge, courtesy of Tissot.I collected my watch a few weeks later with £0 bill, a beautiful case to store my watch in and 12 month cover for the same damage!.I am very impressed with the service all round.
