I have 3 of these, the first one the clasp over the winder fell off but the dealer fixed that. Now I have the waterproof one for diving and the battery died after less than a year. The dealer tried to replace it but it kept giving a code. Tissot said to send it to them. Almost 3 months later I was told I had to pay $278 for the battery replacement!! For an $1,100 watch?! That is ridiculous, I will not buy another until they return my money and apologize. I have stopped several people from buying one of their watches and will continue until they improve service. I have many luxury watch brands like Rolex, Breitling ,Tag etc. and have none of these issues. If they honestly want to try to be a high end watch they have a massive way to go until they improve their service and consider themselves in the same class. Don't buy this watch .or
