After coming back to the hotel, surprisingly watch was not functioning, called immediately the showroom and it was closed. Left a email n so far no action from the top brand office. The next day on the way to Lichtenstein approached the showroom n they refused to attend the issue in advised me to contact any watch mechanic in the same country.. Though delighted to buy a Swiss watch in Swiss, upset a lot. Though there is a international warranty it was not applicable in their own country. Finally decided not to purchase any items in foreign. Better only in motherland.
