I bought a new watch from a well-known jewelry store in Germany. After just two months, it stopped working. Residing in Greece, I sought service and provided all necessary documentation, including the warranty card and receipt. The service team in Greece claimed the warranty was not valid and asked me to pay €70 for a battery replacement, which seems excessive since battery replacements typically cost around €15. They estimated repair costs for other damages at around €300, which is outrageous. The service experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am considering legal action due to the embarrassment caused by their behavior.
