Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered equipment in December 2023. It was backordered. I received no updates only when I inquired and was told it would be another month delay. I was reassured that I would receive a shipment notification. Never happened. I did get a call from Fedex telling me that they couldn't deliver to my home because is was overweight. It now became my responsibility to coordinate logistics? After several emails back and forth instead of arranging for delivery, they decided it would ship back to Titan. So after 3 months, i prepaid for this order Im not receiving the equipment and they are delaying my refund. Is this a legit business? Aweful!
