Really excited about their flat bench, but my enthusiasm ended when the box arrived broken on both ends, bench components sticking out and scratches in the metal down to the steel. Really poor packaging. Shocking that there was not more to it. And to add insult to injury, the only option I had was to receive half my payment back. No replacement no return was offered. This has to be a bucket shop for fitness equipment.

Disappointed with product quality

I recently bought an adjustable bench and was very let down. Despite a decent rating online, the actual quality didn't meet expectations. After assembling it, I found it unstable, even after trying to fix it with additional parts. I find the rating misleading and cannot recommend this product or the company based on my experience.

Disappointed with the safety of the product

I purchased these for my sons who lift weights daily and enjoy deadlifting. They mentioned that the product doesn't feel secure unless used on a specific deadlift platform, which we unfortunately lack due to space constraints. The return process seems tedious, and there are additional shipping and restocking fees. I might end up giving them to a friend or find another use for them.
